When will my parcel be delivered?

If you place an order before midday, it will be delivered next working day Monday-Friday only. This is only for delivery addresses to mainland England and Wales. Anything outside of this area, see our delivery details page for delivery days. Delivery dates and times are a request and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can be made between 8am-8pm.

How will my plant gift arrive?

All our plants are dispatched in specially designed boxes. All items are packed by hand so that your plant will arrive in the best possible condition.

Do I have to be in to receive my parcel?

We use various couriers across the network so that we can offer the best possible service. We normally ask for a signature but if you are not going to be there please fill in the delivery instructions box on where you would like it left if out. This is a request only.

What happens if I order on a Friday afternoon?

If you order after 12pm on Friday afternoon then your order will be dispatched Monday of the following week.

What if I want a Saturday delivery?

You may book a Saturday delivery only if you have ordered before midday on Friday, there is additional charge for service. Our Saturday delivery is only applicable to mainland England & Wales. Your goods should be delivered between 8am-5.30pm. Delivery dates and times are a request and are not guaranteed.

What if I want my item delivered to a work address or school?

If you wish to have your gift sent to a business address/school that is not a problem, but please bear in mind that some of our couriers can delivery up to 8pm. So don’t forget to fill in the delivery instructions box on where you would like it left if you are not there to receive the item.

Do you ship to other countries?

We do currently ship to other countries including Southern Ireland and into Europe. We do not ship to the rest of the world.

Is my selected delivery date guaranteed?

We will always do our upmost to honour your selected delivery date but this is not guaranteed.

Can I pay by cheque?

Sorry unfortunately we do not accept payments by cheque

How many plants can I send to one address?

You can send up to 4 plants to one address for one delivery charge. Any quantities over this amount will incur an additional charge please contact us so we can quote you further with a price.

Will my item include an invoice or prices in the box?

As the majority of plants and flowers are gifts there will be no receipt in the box.

Can I change my order once it’s has been placed?

Sorry unfortunately not, due to high demand and to offer our next day service all our orders are passed to our warehouse straight away.
