All our plant, roses and flower gifts maybe giftwrapped for Mothers day or for all special occasions. You may order your plant and flower gifts from Giftaplant online or over the phone to place your order.

Delivery and returns

 

We offer next working day delivery Monday - Friday only, if the order is placed by 12 noon, subject to availability. All delivery dates and times are a request only and are not guranteed. A refund of your delivery charge will not be made if the item is late.We deliver to the blue zone areas marked on the map for a standard fee of £6.50. This area covers mainland addresses within England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. Saturday deliveries are £19.95 and are only available for delivery for mainland England & Wales at present, if you order by midday.If you place your order online or by phone you will  agree to our terms and conditions.

Working days are Monday – Friday only

If you wish to have an item sent that falls outside this delivery area shaded in blue then the following charges will apply.

Our restricted delivery service is only available from October until March. We can only delivery to the following countries: But you will need to order by phone
France, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Belgium, Gibraltar, Malta, Greece, Portugal, Switzerland

Delivery Information

We use various couriers to ensure that your plant arrives in the best possible condition, when you purchase online you will be given the option to select a requested delivery date for your plant gift to arrive, please be assured we do our very best to get the plant to arrive on the requested day but this is not guaranteed especially over the Christmas period, our couriers will do their upmost to get it to you on the requested date. We will not refund your delivery charges should your parcel be late. 

If your order has not arrived on the requested delivery day or you have sent your order out as a gift, it is best to notify us within 4 days of the requested delivery date. We cannot be held responsible to replace items that have not arrived within 7 days of the requested delivery date.

Business and School Addresses

We do deliver to both businesses and schools please make sure that you fill in the full name of the business, or the address of the school not forgetting the name of the person who is going to receive the order. Business deliveries are made between 8am-7pm, please be aware that the parcel could be delivered after or before working business hours commence and finish. Please make sure that someone is in to receive delivery of the parcel, if not this may cause the item to be delayed.

No deliveries are made on a Bank Holiday as this is not classed as a working day.

How important is the post code?

Entering the correct postcode to match the address will ensure that your parcel arrives safely and does not cause further delays.

Delivery instructions

When your item is being delivered, you may be at work or the recipient maybe out at the time this is not a problem. We will still make a delivery, but to help the driver and us, you may fill in the delivery instructions box on where you would like your parcel left if out i.e.: neighbour, garage, porch. This is a request only.

If the property is difficult to find or it does not have a house number or a sign or maybe a gated entrance, please fill in the box with any useful information that will be useful for the driver including a telephone number. When delivering to flats or communal properties please make sure someone will be there to take the item in for you. Goods may not always be left if unsafe to do so.

All delivery addresses must be accurate and include a full post code. Inaccurate or incomplete address details may result in an administration charge being made to validate the information supplied. We will not be held responsible for any address errors made, due to receipt of inaccurate information which may result in loss of goods in transit, no delivery charges will be refunded for delays in deliveries due to inaccurate postcodes or addresses given.

Returns

At Giftaplant we aim to send you the best quality product picked fresh every day from our nursery. We check everything to make sure you will be happy to receive one of our fabulous gifts.

We do our best to package and protect our plants in transit, but occasionally things can get damaged on the way. Please be aware that plants in transit can suffer the odd broken branch, bud or flower this can be without lasting detriment and will not affect the health or the longevity of the plant.

However if you are not happy with the goods upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 4 days of receiving your goods with your order number by phoning 01483 281859 or by email info@giftaplant.com.
